Pursuant to Article 36 of Sovereign Ordinance No. 4,524 of 30 October 2013 which established it, the office of the High Commissioner is responsible for publishing and maintaining a website providing information for the general public, and presenting its roles and activities.
Data collection and use
Pursuant to paragraph of Article 36 aforementioned, the office of the High Commissioner, via its website, provide an online service enabling persons to bring matters to the attention of the High Commissioner by means of a form entitled “Submit Your Case”.
The information collected via this form is sent to the professional email address of the High Commissioner’s office, and is processed by computer for the purpose of managing individual cases handled by the High Commissioner’s office, which acts as the data controller.
Rights of data subjects
Pursuant to Act No. 1,165 of 23 December 1993 on the protection of personal information, data subjects may exercise their rights to access and rectify their personal data by writing to the High Commissioner’s office at Jardins d'Apolline, Bloc A, 1, Promenade Honoré II, 98000 Monaco, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
